From start to finish they were very kind and accommodating. This is the first air b&b experience for my family and it was very enjoyable
We are a family of five, including a toddler and two senior citizens, and stayed here for three days during our trip to Chicago. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The property was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, and we were very happy with the space and overall cleanliness. There are a couple of things worth mentioning for future guests: * During peak traffic hours, it took us around 1 hour and 10 minutes on average to reach downtown Chicago. * The quality of the provided toiletries was below expectations, so you may want to bring your own. * The complimentary salt and sugar were basic Great Value products, which may not meet everyone's preferences. Despite these minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place, especially for families looking for a clean and comfortable accommodation.
