All of the students we met were very polite and friendly and love chatting with our dog. There was no noise or loud parties. It was a little tricky getting in the first time because we arrived at night, but we got clear instructions from the host. We had a couple of questions, sent an email, and the host responded almost immediately. The apartment itself was great, it had very comfortable beds and a lovely little balcony that we used every day. We stayed for a month and would definitely recommend and return. The apartment is very convenient to Tempe, Mesa and Chandler and close to parks and restaurants. Only one caveat—both bathrooms had bathtubs which were very deep and had no grab bars. They were lovely for a soaking bath, but  could be a concern for anyone with mobility problems." (10/5)
