There is a pest problem in the bedrooms, had to kill 2 cockroaches and spent 2 nights looking for a cricket, Bathroom tile is grimy and old. Looks like they gave the whole house the landlord special and painted white over everything. Couches are stained, pull out bed is broken. The interior decor is all cheap Ikea mismatched pieces, missing basic things like a complete knife set, wine opener. Cheap pots and pans. The washer and dryer are not luxury these have to be the oldest washer/dryer combo I’ve ever seen. I had to run the dryer 3 times to get it to dry. Living room/ Kitchen: The intake A/C vent in the living room, was full of grime and dust, I cleaned it because we had guest over and was embarrassed.
