Everything about the stay was perfect. Everything went well. Everything was exactly as described. Host is helpful with any questions you have and they respond quickly. They keep you up to date with everything going on. Perfect host and perfect place.
Pros: location is great, apt is clean and perfect space for a couple. Cons: the location is very hard to find, place had a smoke smell to it
Upon entering unit, it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Upon further inspection, there was no toilet paper in the unit as well as hair and stains on the sheets. I was going to try to let them work it out with me, but they didn’t have units available for my whole stay and there was no way they were going to get the smoke smell to come out because it was really strong. It took me a whole week to get a refund because when I thought we had an understanding when I didn’t stay the first night, they went back on their word. They were only going to give me seven nights, excluding the first night and the cleaning fee (which was less than half of the total cost), which was not appropriate because I never stayed and wasn’t the cause of the smell or the mess. They then asked me to cancel my request with Airbnb to get a full refund. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody.
