Positive: Great location where you are close to restaurants and shopping, close to major highways to get anywhere in Phoenix, close to coffee - Starbucks across the street.  Wifi was fast and rooms were very comfortable.  Upstairs is a kitchen with all your needs and TV area for sitting and table for working and a pool table for fun!  The host were very helpful and provided support and were very quick to respond with answers to questions.  Recommend highly!
Negative: Maybe a motion detector would help when you come to the front door at night.  Having light at the door to put in the code would help when you have full hands." (10/5)
